General Staff confirms strikes on petrochemical plant in Bashkortostan and Nizhny Novgorod refinery

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has confirmed strikes on a petrochemical plant in Bashkortostan, an oil refinery in Russia’s Nizhny Novgorod region, and a fuel and lubricants depot in temporarily occupied Kherson region.
