Less than one-third of vulnerable Donetsk region residents agree to evacuate, authorities say

In Donetsk region, only 306 out of 1,141 single low-mobility residents currently living in Ukrainian-controlled territory are willing to evacuate if the security situation worsens; the rest prefer to stay in their homes.
