Ukraine’s Defense Intelligence and Kyiv-Mohyla Academy agree on strategic partnership within Russian studies program

The Defense Intelligence of Ukraine (DIU) and the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy have signed a memorandum on strategic partnership and cooperation.
