NACP currently has no information on lawsuits against whistleblowers

At present, the Law “On Preventing Corruption” protects whistleblowers from lawsuits. However, implementation of the EU’s anti-SLAPP directive would help strengthen this protection, particularly for civil society actors and media workers.
