The Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights, Dmytro Lubinets, took part in a closed session on human rights in Warsaw at the invitation of the Council of Europe Commissioner for Human Rights, Michael O’Flaherty. Leading European human rights defenders were invited to the event.
