Lubinets announces probable execution of two Ukrainian prisoners by Russians

The Verkhovna Rada’s Human Rights Commissioner, Dmytro Lubinets, has appealed to the UN and the International Committee of the Red Cross in connection with a new case of Russian military personnel shooting Ukrainian prisoners of war.
