Authorities and law enforcement must carry out mobilization duties, not military enlistment offices – Kobylinska

The state has shifted the problem of mobilization onto the servicemembers of Territorial Recruitment and Social Support Centers (TCC) and cannot protect them from attacks. Solving this problem is the responsibility of the executive authorities, local self-government bodies, and law enforcement agencies.
