Zelensky: ready for elections, but security comes first

President Volodymyr Zelensky said he is prepared for elections to be held in Ukraine, but stressed that their legitimacy and feasibility depend on security and changes to legislation. He also called on the United States, the European Union and the Ukrainian parliament to help create the conditions needed for elections during wartime.
