Negotiating teams align their positions, agree on sequence of steps regarding security guarantee agreements in Florida– Umerov

At a meeting in the U.S.–Ukraine format, the parties worked through a 20-point plan; aligned positions on a multilateral framework agreement on security guarantees and on a bilateral security guarantees agreement from the United States; and continued work on an economic development plan.
