Russia returns to ATACMS-hit base in Luhansk, partisans report

Agents of the ATESH partisan movement are once again recording high levels of Russian military activity at the site of the former Transpele base in Luhansk. Despite the fact that the facility was previously targeted in effective strikes, the enemy is persistently continuing to use the location as a logistics hub and a deployment site.
