Attack on oil plant in Dnipro: hundreds of tonnes of sand dumped on roads to prevent oil from entering river

In Dnipro, hundreds of tonnes of sand were dumped onto roads near an oil extraction plant that was attacked by drones. This was done to prevent oil that spilled onto the roadway from reaching the river. Traffic has been restricted.
