Ex-chief of Ukraine’s State Border Guard Service appointed advisor to interior minister

Serhii Deineko, former head of Ukraine’s State Border Guard Service, has been appointed an advisor to the interior minister. In addition, after a brief period of rehabilitation, he will be appointed commander of a combat unit of the State Border Guard Service.
