Security guarantees for Ukraine to require ratification by Polish parliament – Tusk

Security guarantees, peace arrangements, and a plan for Ukraine’s reconstruction will require broad consensus in Polish society, while the relevant documents on assistance to Ukraine will need ratification by parliament and the signature of the President of Poland.
