Lubinets urges government to regulate procedures for mandatory evacuation of children

Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights Dmytro Lubinets welcomed the adoption of the law on mandatory evacuation and called on the government to regulate as quickly as possible the procedural issues concerning the status of children evacuated forcibly without the consent of their legal representatives, as well as to determine those responsible for the child at each stage.
