President announces personnel changes in diplomatic corps

President Volodymyr Zelensky has announced upcoming changes in Ukraine’s diplomatic corps and said that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine is preparing candidates for the post of special envoy on Belarus and the Belarusian community in Europe.
