Polish General urges Coalition of the Willing to deploy peacekeeping troops to Ukraine

The Coalition of the Willing should deploy a peacekeeping contingent to Ukraine despite protests from Russia, which would also allow NATO to legally close the skies over western Ukraine to protect the alliance’s forces.
