Peace deal must reflect Russia’s role as aggressor, Czech military chief says

Chief of the General Staff of the Czech Armed Forces, Karel Řehka, believes that in the event of peace between Ukraine and Russia, it must not be forgotten who the aggressor is and who the victim is.
