Hungarian Foreign Minister Péter Szijjártó accused foreign intelligence services of tapping his phone following the publication of a report that he had briefed his Russian counterpart, Sergey Lavrov, on his efforts to get the European Union to lift sanctions against the sister of sanctioned Russian oligarch Alisher Usmanov, Gulbahor Ismailova.
