Melnyk suggests IAEA Chief Grossi could be next UN Secretary-General

Ukraine’s Permanent Representative to the UN Andrii Melnyk has suggested that the next Secretary-General of the United Nations could be the current Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), Rafael Mariano Grossi.
