Man in Rivne region served with suspicion notice for opening fire on recruitment officers, police

In the Rivne region, law enforcement authorities have served a 48-year-old serviceman of the Ukrainian Armed Forces with a suspicion notice after he opened fire on employees of a territorial recruitment and social support center and a police officer.
