Law enforcement identifies Russian soldier involved in torturing judge in Kharkiv region

Law enforcement authorities have identified and notified a Russian serviceman of suspicion in connection with the torture of a judge from a local court in the temporarily occupied territory of the Kharkiv region in 2022.
